The ISL Diploma Programme is designed for individuals at the early stages of their professional or academic journey who are eager to build a strong foundation in supervision and leadership. Whether you are a school leaver, a working professional seeking formal training, or someone aiming to transition into leadership roles, this programme provides the skills and knowledge to take that first confident step.

Qualification Requirements:
To qualify for enrollment in the Diploma Programme, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

• Possess a minimum of SSCE/NECO or its equivalent (WAEC, NABTEB, etc.)

• Matured candidates with at least 7 years of verifiable working experience in any field may be considered under the professional/mature entry route.

This flexibility ensures inclusiveness and opens the door for individuals who have gained valuable hands-on experience but may not hold formal academic qualifications.

 Participants will graduate with the confidence to function effectively in supervisory roles across public and private sectors or progress to higher levels of ISL certification.
