At the Institute of Supervision and Leadership (ISL), we recognise that this is where many professionals encounter their greatest leadership challenge. The Institute of Supervision and Leadership (ISL) was established under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) No.1, Cap 59 of 1990 as a professional body in Nigeria — registered number RC 696852 — to carry out, among other things, the training of men and women on effective supervision and leadership.
ISL inculcates the tenets of good supervision and leadership into members through seminars, workshops, conferences, and structured professional programmes — for the overall development of their skills on the job, to provide useful information to individuals, organisations and the country as a whole on supervision and leadership matters.
We believe that supervision and leadership are multi-disciplinary — which is why ISL membership is open to professionals from every field and discipline.
