It is a public and institutional recognition of the commitment each ISL member makes to professional supervision and leadership practice.
ISL has now held twelve induction ceremonies — each one bringing together inductees, fellows, professionals, academics, and institutional partners from across Nigeria to mark the occasion. The 12th ceremony, held in October 2025 at the University of Lagos, was themed "Professionalizing Leadership: A Key Approach to Achieving Sustainable Development."
