ISL maintains a Reciprocal Agreement with the Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership USA (CIML USA) — one of its established international affiliates. Under this agreement, ISL members who have completed the required programmes and examinations are eligible for CIML USA membership at the equivalent grade.
This means your ISL membership does more than connect you to the Nigerian professional community — it also gives you access to an international professional network through CIML USA.
This is an affiliation agreement, not a separate qualification pathway. The CIML USA membership comes through ISL's Reciprocal Agreement — not through independent enrolment with CIML USA.
